Exchanges and returns

Under our Total Satisfaction Guarantee, if the product does not fully meet your expectations you may return it within 14 days of receipt of order at your home, and we will immediately refund the amount spent.
The product should be in perfect condition and returned without any signs of use, in its original packaging; so that we can provide you with an even better service, we would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for the return. We remind you, however, that we will only refund the cost of returning items that were delivered in error or items that were damaged or defective.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Pure Brands Lda, after analysis of the condition of the items to be returned. After receiving the items at our headquarters, we will carefully analyze them and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

(a) The product(s) has not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The product(s) are complete and have been shipped together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
