Dry Cured Iberian Black Pork Shoulder Pata Negra is a whole piece of approximately 4.3 kg to 4.7 kg, selected for those who want the flavour of black Iberian pork in a traditional format. Coming from the front leg of the Iberian pig, this shoulder offers juicy texture, rich aroma and a deep savoury profile developed through salting and curing.

More compact than a whole ham, the shoulder is practical to slice and serve at home, in hospitality or in shared tasting moments. Its size makes it easier to handle while still bringing the ritual and freshness of cutting a whole piece at the table.
