After processing, your order will be delivered to a transport company that will do everything possible to ensure that it is delivery, as soon as possible, to the address you gave us, in complete security.
At the same time, you will receive an e-mail with the order code and other necessary information so that you can track the delivery of your order.
Delivery Information
Our deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday and are guaranteed by DHL, GLS or DPD, with an Express service. In order to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the package.
In case of delivery difficulties, the carrier will contact you to arrange a second delivery, or will leave a postcard indicating how you can pick up your package.
Please be attentive of the sms and information you may receive from the shipping company.
Delivery time
DHL, GLS and DPD will do everything to have your order delivered in the shortest possible time. However, we cannot guarantee an exact number of days, but a safety interval so that you can have a rough estimate of when you can expect your order, in the most popular destinations and in the most well-known cities of those destinations. On average, we may be talking about intervals between 2 and 9 working days, depending on the geographical area and countries of destination.

Shipping Costs
To know the value of the shipping costs estimated for your order, simulate at the time of purchase in your shopping cart, as expenses associated with your order.
For orders over 50 kg, you should contact us to find the best solution for delivery.
There are destinations that, due to their geographical specificity, we do not yet cover, so we regret that we cannot meet your expectations.

Insurance
All our shipments are covered by transport insurance and the value is already included in the shipping costs associated with your order.
Damaged Orders
Before shipment our products are carefully inspected and we take pride in the high quality standards that we guarantee.
However, it is the customer's right to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. If your order shows clear signs of damage or leakage, or you detect any deficiency or missing item, we ask you to refuse an order by asking the shipping company to return it with this indication.
You must alert or file a complaint with the shipping company, as well as inform Pure Brands within 7 days after delivery.
If the product is not in the best condition, you still have 7 days to inform Pure Brands, so that we can proceed to send a new shipment.
