Made according to Pata Negra tradition, this chorizo combines black pork meat with pepper paste, garlic, red pepper, virgin olive oil and selected seasonings. The result is a cured sausage with clear personality, designed for those who value authentic flavour and simple, generous food moments.

For the best tasting experience, store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18 ºC. Cut before serving and let it rest for 5 minutes so the aroma and texture can fully develop. After opening, keep refrigerated. These instructions follow the current product page.
