Cured Iberian Black Pork Loin Pata Negra is a whole piece of approximately 450 g to 650 g, created for those who want a cured meat with traditional flavour, firm texture and Iberian character. Its format allows you to slice it at the moment, preserving aroma, freshness and presentation at the table.

Made with Iberian pork, pepper, spices and careful curing, this piece offers a balanced flavour and a practical way to enjoy Pata Negra cured meats. It is well suited for starters, tasting boards, tapas inspired moments, wine pairings and relaxed sharing at the table.

Serve it in thin slices with bread, mature cheese, olives, nuts or a glass of wine. Because the product is vacuum packed, open the pack around 15 minutes before serving so the texture and aroma can fully develop. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Contains milk derivatives and soy proteins.
