Salsichon Vela from Iberian Black Pork Pata Negra 150 g is a practical choice for anyone looking for traditional salsichon flavour in a small piece that is easy to slice and serve. Made with Iberian black pork meat, spices and careful curing, this salsichon offers a delicate flavour, juicy texture and a balanced character between meat and fat. Slice it at the moment to preserve aroma, texture and presentation.

Serve it in thin slices with bread, mature cheese, olives, nuts or a glass of wine. Because the product is vacuum packed, open the pack before serving so the texture and aroma can fully develop. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a maximum temperature of 18 ºC. Contains milk, milk protein and soy protein.
